Starting tomorrow the real estate industry is undergoing a transformative shift towards greater transparency, empowering you with more knowledge and control over your home buying or selling journey. These changes, sparked by the National Association of Realtors (NAR) lawsuit, are creating a level playing field that benefits consumers like you.

As your trusted real estate advisor, I am committed to providing unparalleled transparency and guidance through this evolving landscape. My role as always goes beyond simply finding properties or listing your home; it's about building a partnership based on trust and open communication.

With increased transparency in agent compensation, you now have access to more information about the services you're receiving. I believe in complete honesty about my fees and how they benefit you. Key Changes:

1. Written Buyer Agreements: Buyers will now be required to sign a written agreement with their agent before receiving certain services, such as viewing properties together. This agreement will outline the terms of the relationship, including the agent's compensation.

2. Removal of Compensation Offers from MLS: Offers of compensation to buyer's agents will no longer be displayed on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). However, sellers can still compensate buyer's agents directly or offer concessions to buyers to offset closing costs.
