The level of demand for homes varies significantly across different price ranges, primarily due to the amount of inventory available within each range.
Buyers' Markets: We're seeing these in some price ranges, where there's a larger supply of homes compared to buyer demand, giving buyers more negotiating power. Sellers' Markets: In other price ranges, we're witnessing sellers' markets, characterized by high demand and limited inventory, which favors sellers.
Currently, the market appears balanced for homes priced between $400,000 and $600,000, as well as those between $800,000 and $900,000. This suggests a more even playing field for both buyers and sellers in these price segments.
